What do I do if my GPS device beeps or shows a red light?
A red light or beeping may indicate a low battery, tamper alert, or loss of signal. Do NOT try to remove or adjust the device yourself. Call us immediately at (519) 564-7569 and stay in place while we diagnose the issue remotely.
I missed a breathalyzer test — what happens now?
A missed test is automatically flagged in your compliance record. Contact your supervision officer and our support team immediately to document the reason. In some cases, a makeup test can be arranged. Acting quickly and transparently is important.
Can I see my own GPS location history?
Yes. Log into the Client Portal and navigate to "Location History." You can view your last 30 days of location data, the same data your supervision officer sees. Transparency is a core part of how LynkEye works.
How do I get my compliance report for court?
Reports are generated automatically and accessible in your Client Portal under "Reports." Your supervision officer also receives these directly. If you need a specific report emailed to your lawyer, contact our support team with the request.
What if I travel outside my geofence zone accidentally?
Your supervision officer is alerted automatically. Contact your officer immediately to explain the situation. Transparent communication is always better than waiting. If the boundary was set incorrectly, our team can verify this with GPS data.
Is my data shared with anyone other than my supervision officer?
No. Your monitoring data is only accessible to LynkEye staff (for system operations), your assigned supervision officer, and the authorized court or parole authority. It is never sold, shared commercially, or provided to any other party without a lawful order.
